Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro within our organisation. Our team use it for benefits, time processing, payroll, recruitment and onboarding processes, along with employee management making our environment paperless throughout. It is simple and easy to use for our team. It is a all in one tool for our HR department, they just super like it.

They have the best support team so far, at times if there are issues they are unable to resolve they would always escalate the issue so that it gets fixed at the earliest.

UKG Pro Reliability

Usually UKF Pro is fast, but there are times when even it goes a bit slow if given too much of work load on it, which is obvious, that too would be a one off.
