Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We are in the implementation process and have been very impressed with our implementation team and how well organized they are. We have been well guided through the process of taking two companies on two different systems and merging them into one. We are really looking forward to having one universal system which will be used through the entire employee experience and employment journey.
  • Provides will organized training.
  • Hands on implementation team.
  • Team are subject matter experts.
  • They recently merged with Kronos so I think they still have some integration of tools.
  • Could use a training checklist or plan, was assigned a lot of training with no specific order to complete.
  • Our team is excited to launch.
  • The change management planning has been helpful for preparing early adoption.

I have been looking at UKG Pro for over a year, our current system lacked ease of function and was limited. We are looking forward to UKG's system as we strongly believe it will be a great compliment to moving our culture forward. Since we are just in the implementation phase there is still a lot of unknowns however thus far the system has been impressive and we are really excited to launch it.

UKG Pro Support

I am excited to have a system in place that will be part of the entire employment journey from candidate to hiring to retiring. I think that it is important for the culture of an organization that the tools they use are well integrated with each other and easy for the employees so having many areas of HR encompassed in one system is such an added bonus as the look and feel will be familiar throughout all areas from Applying for a job, performance management, benefit, etc.

UKG Pro Reliability

So far we haven't encountered any challenges with the performance of the system while doing trainings or while doing testing.
