Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
To my knowledge, we utilize UKG for Time Management, Pay, Time Off/PTO, UKG Pro Learning for Trainings and I believe we will soon start internal goals and reviews through UKG. I utilize UKG Pro as an employee that is not in the HR department so I do not see some of the implementation and back-end reporting. However, I think its ability to be all encompassing is a quality in a software tool that all businesses need.

I was not a decision maker in our switch from ADP. I do know that pricing may have been a factor. I do think they both have pros/cons that HR had to take in consideration when switching. I know that it is not an easy thing to switch your software so their reasoning also included reporting capabilities that UKG can provide us.

We have been able to centralize all of our trainings. We had ADP and then would also utilize other software so there will multiple logins in order to do trainings. Now everything is through UKG for labor reports, time tracking, PTO and also our trainings so it provides an easier experience for our employees to be able to go to one location for all.
