Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
I have every platform with UKG except for Learning and People Assist. I use all things UKG Pro for my everyday job, from hire to retirement and timekeeping to payroll. Our latest implementation, UKG Dimensions, helped us to get our managers off of their PCs and back on the floor with their teammates.
- UKG Employee Portal is very user friendly.
- Payroll is seamless.
- Timekeeping can handle complex rules.
- I wish payroll had a batch process where we could store upcoming payments months out.
- I wish they would give admins more "keys to the kingdom," and we would not have to put so many tickets in for simple changes.
- I wish they would not nickle and dime us for every little change we need to make.
- Retention has increased 1.1% from last year.
- Analytics has saved us thousands of dollars we would have to pay for an outsourcing company.
- Dimensions has given our managers more face time with their team members.
We consolidated time systems. We were in two different systems until we implemented Dimensions in 2022. With this, we are now able to ensure everyone has the same pay rules and is following the same policies. We also can track vacations out of one system and make it easier to roll over or pay out at the end of the year.
With the new time system, Dimensions has decreased the amount of time it takes to process payroll, allowing for more time in the week to work on other pressing projects. This also reduces stress, and we no longer have to work on holidays! This was a big win and game changer for my department.
