[UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) is used by the] whole organization. We [find] the reporting feature to be the best at analyzing our data and creating solutions based on our metrics/reports created in UKG [Pro].

Better reporting, more flexibility and control of the system/information/documents, etc.
Overall no problems - sometimes a browser may not work within a certain platform but overall no complaints.
Support has been great - great customer service reps and great account manager.
When my company was having issues within Workforce Management we were assigned a dedicated support rep that helped resolve any issue we had within the first few months. This helped up build our our product better and have a better understanding of the system.
UKG [Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] is great as a full-service product from onboarding to termination it has helped us run smooth payrolls, reporting/metrics, open enrollment, etc. Overall no complaints.
