Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

[UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) is used] across the organization, for communicating employee benefits, payroll information, and performance objectives/reviews.

  • Performance planning is difficult to maintain
  • Where to find and update information is not always logical

Limited research but didn't really notice any big differences
Overall performance is adequate
No experience with support from UKG
Have not experienced that ... this is more of an HR operational question
Well suited for payroll information

Does not seem to work very effectively though for performance planning and reviews; it is difficult to prepare next year's plans and to amend any carryover plans from a prior year. Once someone leaves the organization, you can also never get rid of any old performance objectivest that were assigned to that person.
