Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We are using it across the organization, from Onboarding through to payroll, goal planning and performance reviews. It keeps our information seamless across multiple departments, and helps to have employees self-serve.
  • Integrates with ATS.
  • Relatively intuitive to use.
  • Can use for US and Canada.
  • Can integrate provisioning equipment and software.
  • Can require repeated testing to confirm the process maps to corporate process.
  • Reduced paper filing.
  • Increased efficiency for onboarding paperwork.
  • Better candidate experience up to the start date.
There is room for improvement in ease of customizing, and information with what dates are tied to which functions in the system.
I don't have direct access to support, our HRIS person has been in contact. I can speak to issues getting resolved, but not to the level of service.
The software is best implemented where you have a dedicated Admin, and Systems person for setup and troubleshooting. It is a complex system, that requires a dedicated resource as a go to for someone to use infrequently.
