Great company with effective tools

Their performance is adequate. Nothing I can really point out as something to improve upon but also can't think of anything that really stands out either. We integrated UKG Pro with some of our benefit providers and that is somewhat of a nightmare to keep track of, however, it is still easier than keeping them separate. It is hard to tell whether this is a UKG Pro issue or an issue with our benefit providers or if it is just technology itself!

This is my biggest issue. Support used to be outstanding--some of the best support I had seen from any other company or vendor. Ever since the merger with UKG, support is horrendous—specifically, the time it takes to get a response to an issue. I have had tickets submitted that went more than one month before I got a response. To give them some credit, once I get a response, UKG employees are always very helpful and professional. Most of my issues (roughly 90%) get resolved fairly quickly once I actually get the chance to speak with one of their representatives.

UKG Pro is great in terms of holding employee information. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you know the system, it is easy and quick to look up employee information. The reporting tool also has a log of great information; however, it is extremely difficult to learn how to navigate that part of the software and writing reports takes a bit of time.
