Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use UKG Pro across our entire organization for employee record keeping, timekeeping, pay, benefits, hiring and onboarding. It addresses our issues of tracking employee information, pay, length of service, and hiring new employees.
  • Great community for users to share and ask questions.
  • Responsive account managers/reps.
  • Responding to customer feedback & requests.
  • Mobile friendly products.
  • Customizable products.
  • Cost/time savings for job posting and tracking openings.
Infrequent down times and system interruptions, but when these happen, they are incredibly limiting.
Support team is very responsive, however they often are unable to help solve the problem, as it is a system issue that cannot be changed.
UKG works well for large organizations, but they do not work great if your organization would like to customize many options within their product portfolio.
