Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
It is currently being used by our entire organization. It solves out recruiting, and employee records.
- It has excellent reporting capabilities
- It maintains employee records
- It is excellent for recruiting
- The security roles
- An easier system for applicants to apply on
- An easier way to search for applicants in the recruiting system. In regards to looking for applicants with certain skill sets.
I have used a system called abra, Ultipro is more friendly it is a great to have a system you can have recruiting, payroll, training.
