- Implementation was not processed properly with long term thoughts. The team did not give us total guidance on proper set up. We are now having to clean up and work backwards to fix what is not correct.
We selected UP to integrate our HR system and multiple payroll systems. Some features the previous companies do, UP is not capable of (i.e. future dating).
We have had consistent challenges and issues since implementation. Payroll has been dropped, files not submitted to the bank, checks not shipped from print services.
