- Payroll core - we pay 500 employees biweekly (very successfully)
- Open enrollment - across the entire organization
- Recruitment - new hires for the organization

- Customer service is very responsive.
- Training is very good for the basic user.
- Training for the more advanced user is a little lacking. We would like advanced BI training (like we see at Connections).
- Sometimes we don't know who our NSR is - they change people with promotions within USG (which is good); however, we are not always notified.
