Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used for:

  • Payroll core - we pay 500 employees biweekly (very successfully)
  • Open enrollment - across the entire organization
  • Recruitment - new hires for the organization

We purchased UltiPro as our Y2K solution and have been using it successfully since that time.
  • Customer service is very responsive.
  • Training is very good for the basic user.
  • Training for the more advanced user is a little lacking. We would like advanced BI training (like we see at Connections).
  • Sometimes we don't know who our NSR is - they change people with promotions within USG (which is good); however, we are not always notified.

Good presentation for MySelf; however, sometimes the functionality does not lend itself to easily find things in the more advanced functionality for an Admin, for example.
