Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

All departments are now utilizing UltiPro. We just rolled out the recruiting, work with benefits and the open enrollment modules.

I used Ceridian and it worked very well with our benefit enrollment. We had one enrollment vs the 2 we have to open in UltiPro
We've had great success with UltiPro getting our H&W Fringe Accounting set up and brought in-house. Saving J&J and our employee's money.
At times it does seem to take a little longer to get a response on simple questions
When we were looking at changing our job code structure, Ellen Gould was awesome at explaining to our executives which fields could be changed and how many characters were available
I came in after UltiPro was selected. I would recommend not having individuals train on the system until they have access to the system. I came in after and trained on an old system and found out we had the newer version so most of the training needed to be redone.
