Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We had to do a lot of programming. We did however have great people to assist us through the process and they worked with our programming team very well. They for a little while, helped us after we went live. There was a lot of troubleshooting with the payroll side, but I'm HR.
We are using UltiPro for our payroll/HR needs. It is being used across an entire organization, parent company, and affiliates. No knowledge of problems.
  • Houses all our employees information.
  • Houses all our employees onboarding information.
  • Easy to use with outside vendors.
  • Can run reports quickly.
  • Stores training records.
  • Performance Reviews can be scheduled.
  • As a user, we shouldn't have to do most of the programming.
  • At times the template creation can be challenging.
  • Recruiting can be cleaned up a bit. Each time I have to click 'start' instead of having a return button.

Can it house all HR files (scanned in)? Is there an extra fee for this?

Can we use this for less than 100 employees?

I like that when you open a req, it will advertise automatically for you, I wish Monster.com was free with this service. I think training entering can be a bit easier too, it should have friendlier entries instead of having to take a training class each time.
