Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is currently being used by our corporate office and all 12+affiliate offices. The reporting feature is great in troubleshooting problems such as overtime.
- User-friendly - Has all info for employees in one place.
- Payroll system is great! Easy to learn.
- Lots of training available for end users.
- Customer Service - response time is quick. Account managers are easy to get a hold of.
- The mobile app - but that may be because features are not accessible to us because of our corporate office.
- Lots of screens to go through when changes are made.
- Once you get the system up and running, it's simple to operate.
- Implementation was long.....and labor intensive for us.

We hope to have all processes in one system. Right now we do on-boarding manually, so hopefully we can look into getting that feature.
ADP had terrible customer service. A lot of things were not automated. I felt like there was always something wrong with whatever process we were doing.
