Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Our whole organization is using UltiPro. Most employees utilize it for clocking in/out, PTO requests, and viewing their checks. Managers use it to manage PTO requests, submit salary increases, approve time clocks. Everyone uses it for Open Enrollment elections. Human Resources uses UltiPro for employee record keeping, payroll, time and attendance, recruiting, onboarding, open enrollment, and life events, and reporting. We were able to go paperless in the HR department with the use of UltiPro.

  • Responses to questions are timely
  • Although I like BI, it could still be more user-friendly.

UltiPro is very user-friendly. The implementation went smoothly, especially since we were on a very tight timeline. All in all, its been a great tool to have!
I have no issues when trying to resolve a problem or question. Most times, they are answered promptly.
We are a smaller company, approximately 100 people and UltiPro good for us. I can see it being very helpful with larger companies.
