Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends MSP
We use it internally and for customers.
- Great tech support.
- Cost effective.
- Would like them to allow you to mount a backup, and browse the backup files to restore, or use a script to selectively restore files.
- Faster backup and restore times.
- Allow you to set virtual machine settings when using instant recovery.
- Provide better progress information when restoring a large job.
- Data security.
- Off site replication.
I've found that the tech support with Unitrends is the best and most helpful of any of the companies I've used. They have true 24x7 support and unlike Rapid Recovery who changed to a call back model, Unitrends is still answering the phone, or allowing you to wait on the phone. When you need to recover, you need support immediately.
