Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft
Our entire office is using VanillaSoft. We have an in-house call center and we are using the online software to track and manage our calling process. We are also using the VOIP phones to make the calls as well. VanillaSoft allows us to easily track our outbound calling performance in an easy and efficient way.
