Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft

Our entire office is using VanillaSoft. We have an in-house call center and we are using the online software to track and manage our calling process. We are also using the VOIP phones to make the calls as well. VanillaSoft allows us to easily track our outbound calling performance in an easy and efficient way.

Pros

  • User-interface is very user-friendly.
  • The appointment settings are very helpful and are easily customizable.

Cons

  • There is a learning curve to using the admin functions.
  • Managing the user licenses can be a little confusing.
  • We have seen an increase in the number of calls made per hour.
  • Setting up appointments has become quicker.

Our company conducts market research fieldwork. We use VanillaSoft to reach out to business professionals and convince them to participate in our paid research studies. This software is well suited for companies that are looking to increase their outbound call productivity, whether it be in a sales, telemarketing, or market research environment. I'm not sure how successful or useful VanillaSoft would be for inbound calling.
