Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
We use Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 to backup emails on the Cloud. We needed a solution for backups of e-mail and Teams chat and Veeam is the one that we are familiar with and chose to use. The software was easy to setup and backups was easy to restore as well. Definitely recommend.

Need to backup data in case of an emergency. We are familiar with Veeam products so we went with what we know.
Had to restore emails for a user and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 did it with ease.Gave options of how we want to export it
I used the restore option to export to a .pst and that assisted an user in getting a lost e-mail back.
My favorite feature is that Veeam lets you know if the backups have failed or if it is successful. If it fails then we will take action to resolve the issue. Another feature I like is that you can have emails sent to whatever address that you input for backup errors.
