Overall Satisfaction with Vena
Used as a financial reporting tool currently for reporting across all departments. Has taken us from a slow loading/refreshing/saving Excel file with over 200k lines, to a quick and accurate report.

All our reports are now standardised and data in the same format so and the data refreshes in seconds so it's been a massive value add for us.
Tableau is by far the best tool I've used. Vena in comparison is very good but it's missing the master data link to SAP, and the ability of data to refresh when the hierarchies move. It's also lacking standard reports on system set up like basic P&L's, etc. It's also missing the ability to save ad-hoc analysis reports, so you don't have to start from scratch every time. This is a key issue for us. Found Tableau great that you could save lots of pivot type tables to use for lots of different requests.
