Overall Satisfaction with Ventiv Claims

We worked very closely with the implication team to ensure the system performed as expected after go-live, and it did. The implementation team was nothing short of amazing in ensuring our questions were answered. They were diligent in finding ways for our unique business needs to incorporate seamlessly into the Ventiv Claims system.
We use Ventiv Claims for workers' compensation, vehicle and general liability claims. I specialize in the workers' compensation section, and Ventiv Claims has been instrumental in streamlining our reporting and claims management procedures. The digital forms are easy for our employees in the field to use, and the information accurately translates into claims creation.

I set the "Diary" tab so it is the first thing I see when I open Ventiv Claims and I absolutely love the "Workflow" tab. Workflow allows me to see claims that have come in that need to be worked, and having the Diary right there has really helped me work through claims at my own pace and easily see what needs to be addressed.

Our Safety group uses IRM for dashboards and OSHA 300 reporting. While I am do not work directly for the Safety group, I believe IRM has all of the capabilities needed to be a very successful product.
Ventiv Claims works beautifully for workers' compensation. It is easy to use for both field employees and Risk Management. The claim nearly creates itself by allowing the digital "Injury Reporting Form" the employee fills out when they report an injury to populate the claim itself. I have the employee's own description of the incident, which helps determine compensability. In addition, the support we receive from the Ventiv Claims team is second to none. We have a dedicated account manager who ensures our success and is always willing to step in and help whenever we have a question or want something to perform differently.
