Overall Satisfaction with Ventiv Claims

Updates should be a reminder or emailed out. So implementing that feature would be great.
It helps organize everything, on a day to day and process checks and documents that I no longer have to manually do. It provides amazing features and ease of access. I find the overall experience good and I would highly recommend this to other companies as well as anyone in the business such as workers comp or data entry.

Yes, It automated most of the documentation process, for claims and other reports.
I think the training should be a year-long after the launch of an update or purchasing the software to use for a company.

I think the design is simple and easy to access compared to other software like AWS loT Event.
I would say it's easy to navigate but I wouldn't rely on it for every report, since sometimes it doesn't process the document correctly.
