Loved the Calabrio Reporting. Dislike the timezone Greenwich in Verint. Reports only show in Greenwich time instead of user timezone.

I and most associates utilize the mobile application to view their schedules, time requests, and overtime notifications.
Well suited scorecards to utilize for agents, ability to sync Verint and Cisco sometimes miscalculate KPIs.
