We use it to provide schedules to our back office staff.
- Hierarchy is well designed to all for ease of security administration
- In my opinion, DPA Data is unreliable
- In my opinion, connection between WFM and OM is unstable
- In my opinion, hierarchy isn't compatible between WFM and OM
- We have not seen ROI yet on Verint Workforce Management
