Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

It's being used as a sales tool. We use it to move deals from one stage to another, getting closer to the sale. Also, it is used to share information within the team such as announcements. Personally, I like to add a Vidyard video in my marketing campaigns to increase interactions.
  • Connect with client.
  • Reach multiple clients in a personalized way.
  • Data is a problem, not clear.
  • Interface is not user-friendly.
  • Extremely expensive to mix to CRM.
  • It is hard to evaluate, I do connect more with clients, but without being able to connect with my CRM at a reasonable price, it's hard to see ROI.
It was easy to explain to my teammates. Although, better videos would be good so I don't have to do it myself.
Good. When I had questions; I had answers. It was a bit long sometimes since there's no live chat but still, it's ok!
I'm currently evaluating Loom, but haven't made a decision for next year. Having Vidyard connected to CRM would be a no brainer but the cost of entry is too high to see an ROI on our growing business. Loom is practically free.
When you want to engage personally with clients but have a limited amount of resources (staff).
