Vimeo Failed Massively in Delivering Their Promise

We have been using Vimeo for years and the company used to be vigilant about customer support. That's why we upgraded to premium as they added the live streaming feature.

The problem I am facing is that out of the blue the live streaming feature for which we mainly use Vimeo is totally bugged and has not been working for a very long time, where I did all the tasks the support team asked for but yet no reply or follow-up or any kind of support received. This feature is strategic and we lost huge money for their carelessness but I think they already have lost interest in caring for their clients. We are preparing seriously to move out and advise all our partners to do the same, and I will never recommend Vimeo to anyone at least for now as they failed massively in addressing our business needs and helping us overcome the tragedy they caused to our business.
