Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This is being used across the entire organization. It allows us to connect painlessly to other companies to collaborate, chat, and have audio/video meetings. The associated devices are easy to set up and are maintained through the cloud, and the desktop/mobile apps provide a seamless and high quality experience.

I don't like the gestures feature.

Microsoft Teams and Zoom

Webex is a more mature and polished product. It will integrate with MS Teams and Zoom without issue, also Google Meet. It can be a unified platform for all of your communications and collaboration needs. No need to federate, no unique protocols for communications, and a central management single pane of glass

Support Rating

Cisco TAC is full of knowledgeable experts who will be able to figure out your problems that you run into. The negatives here are for the SLA - 24 hours to respond is too long. Luckily, I have never waited that long for a response, it's usually an hour, two at most. I also don't enjoy being at the mercy of this being a cloud-based service that gives me no visibility into the server backend, but that's just the nature of SaaS.

Super intuitive and easy to use, easy to set up, easy to maintain, and integrate with other platforms.

Likelihood to Recommend

This platform is great for outfitting an office conference room with a beautiful piece of hardware with the app functionality integrated. It also provides a great app for desktop and mobile. With the two different ways to access the platform, it makes for an easy and great looking hybrid work experience. With all of the integrations with common other platforms, it's a no brainer.
