Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
It is being used across the entire company as an all-in-one communication application. It has replaced standalone softphones as well as chat/instant messaging clients. It has simplified users' workflow. Previously we were using three disparate clients and messages could be lost; now we have a single pane of glass for all of our communication needs.
