Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We currently use the Webex App throughout our company and found our email usage has reduced significantly. The core interactions and productivity has increased, using spaces on special projects have provided a means to keep all documentation together and bring projects in on time. The personal meeting room helps bring both internal and external resources together to have a seamless collaborative experience.

BroadSoft UC-One was a great messaging, softphone, and simply meeting room. Webex App is truly more than just a softphone, messaging, and instead provides truly innovative spaces, direct messages with store content that can easily be searched and found. Webex Meetings brings it up to a whole new level with very high collaborative.
The Webex App is still evolving.

It is very intuitive and easy to use.
I cannot think of any areas where Webex [App] is not appropriate. It is a great single application that fits any business need with telephony, collaboration, and hosted meetings from any desktop computer, hard telephone, and mobile device. The use of the Webex App greatly reduces the need for lost content and missed key information.
