Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Webex App is used as an instant messaging platform for internal communication in addition to business-to-business communications. Another important function is the ability to screen share with the Webex App, however we have found a limitation in the ability for users to request control. The ability to request control is an important function that we are currently not able to make use of. I most like the ability to instantly communicate (i.e. instant message) with outside business partners.

At times we have engaged with Cisco TAC for support with the Webex App and I feel like the support level is not as high as it should be.

Overall usage of the Webex App is good. I don' know that I would rate anything as a 10 because 10 indicates perfection and I don't think anything meets that level of excellence. With the exception of minor issues, Webex App overall performs very well. Additionally I believe Cisco is putting the necessary development into the Webex App to overcome any deficiencies.
Webex App is great for enabling collaborations between multiple people and businesses. The ease of scheduling and joining meetings makes it well suited for businesses of all kinds. In addition to meetings, spaces is a great tool to allow ad-hoc communications. Our organization uses spaces as an ad-hoc method of bringing a group of people together for outage scenarios.
