Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Webex App is being used as a medium for IM, presence, and calling pan Cisco. It has been very effective in keeping up with the collaboration within and across teams since the work moved over to hybrid and as the world moves over to the hybrid model of working. The Webex bots have been very interesting in automating some of the workflows which were being done manually in the teams, like reminders, surveys, etc.
- Instant Messaging with reply and quote features.
- Calling.
- Automation with bots.
- Presence - very difficult to become active at times especially from Mobile app.
- Message editing - feature to show edits made (or) notification when a message is edited.
- Predictive text replies to messages.
- Reduced turnaround time in remote working scenario.
