Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We are using it for chat as a replacement for Jabber. We will be incorporating voice soon.
- Group chat using spaces
- File sharing
- Not having to rely on spaces to use group chat
- Teams has snuck in and departments are using that
- Webex App
Provisioning the whole user population for Jabber.
It has enabled departments to work remotely and not skip a beat.
Sometimes users will have issues with Jabber logging in or voice and audio issues.
