Last year we migrated form Jabber over to Webex app where it allowed our organization end users have a clean efficient all in one solution to our IM, presence and calling needs. The adaptability over from jabber to webex was seemless and our user engagement and productivity and improved dramatically.
- Able to search through directory at the top
- Joining your personal meeting at the same app
- In app calling
- Able to share and remote control in IM messages and not having to open a meeting when in a group
- Improve loading and running speed, the app feels heavy
- No longer requiring multiple apps (zoom/ms teams)
- Still relying on internal polling options (non webex)
