Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use Webex for IM, meetings, and voice. The problem we have is getting people moved over from Skype.
  • Allowing to us to use different retention between direct and spaces
  • Allows for breakout rooms in meetings
  • IM using GIFs
  • Being able to tag individuals in a space
  • I think there is nothing that needs to change at this time.
  • It allows for us hold data longer in spaces
  • IMs get removed after 24 hours for legal reasons
The hardest part is getting users moved over to the new platform. People like to do what they know and new technology scares people. Implementation of the product was fairly easy.
It allows us to use the application on a phone which allows us to attend meetings easier and take calls.
It is really easy to take devices and put them where ever and they will connect back to the cloud.
