Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
It eases our conference calls especially when there is a need for screen sharing and giving access to others. We use video calls throughout our meetings and there is no lag and the calls are clear throughout. It's easy to share the link with our clients and prospective clients and boosts our relationship with them.
- When getting into conference calls with software customer support, there are lots of cases where I need to grab a client's machine access, so it is very handy in those times.
- It's one place where chatting, calling, screen sharing, grabinb/giving access works seamlessly.
- Link can be easily shared and can be used from trusted parties.
- No choppiness in the call especially with the video.
- Files can be easily shared between the parties.
- File size needs to be less than 10 MB, so larger files cannot be sent.
- Its expensive compared to the competitors
- Sometimes UX is really confusing from the admin side of settings.
- Definitely has provided higher satisfaction levels with my clients as I can readily jump into client's machines and solve the problems right away.
- Sales calls are effective with face to face meetings
- Files can be shared

- GoToWebinar
GoToWebinar is more expensive than WebEx Meetings for our needs. Also the number of participants cannot be more than 50 on the subscription that was matching WebEx. We found video calls using GoToWebinar was breaking even though we had strong bandwidth. So, WebEx stood out of GoToWebinar for sure and choosing this was a no brainer.
