Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is my most preferred application for virtual meetings and video conferences. The interface is very simple and intuitive. At the same time, it is loaded with very useful features. My personal favorite is background noise cancellation. It is remarkably superior to any other application that exists in the market.
  • Background noise cancellation.
  • Content sharing.
  • Gestures and emojis.
  • The initial meeting setup time could be improved further. I feel that Zoom meeting is much quicker to set up.
  • Webex Meetings has personally helped me in connecting with customers in a more effective way and create a positive impression.

If you work in environments where there is background noise and you want to sound professional, there is no better app than Webex Meetings. Webex Meetings is also very useful when you have a remote team and you want better engagement from everyone in the meeting. It is also great to connect with customers using Webex Meetings.

Using Webex Meetings

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

I personally feel that the performance and professional look and feel of Webex Meetings is far superior to that of Microsoft Teams. The ability to work seamlessly with a different variety of microphones and video cameras has been better with Webex Meetings. I also find it a lot more intuitive and less cramped than Teams. There have been multiple occasions where I ran into glitches during the middle of Microsoft Teams calls. It seldom happens with Webex Meetings.

Webex Meetings Reliability

I have been into meetings like All Hands with a hundred participants in it using Webex Meetings and I have also personally seen that Webex has been extensively used by many customers and partners worldwide during the pandemic. I would really give Webex Meetings all stars in terms of scalability.
I have never run into availability issues with Webex Meetings so far. I have always experienced it to be available when I need to use the app. The fact that it is available as a mobile app, browser app, and desktop app helps further with the availability. I do not recall having any unplanned outages.
