Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex Meetings daily in our operation for short and long meetings. Webex Meetings is used in whole organization, but currently we are transitioning to Microsoft Teams. Cisco Webex Meetings is very good as remote presentation tool and for any kind of online meetings. It is easy to use and it works across all devices. Recent integration with calendar really helps with quick joining to the meeting without need to look for meeting details like passwords and URLs. Unfortunately, corporate policies that force Office365 are forcing migration to Microsoft Teams.
- Presentation sharing PPT and PPTX.
- Remote work with screen sharing (helping other people with their tasks).
- Live meetings with camera.
- Disabling other people's videos (very important on low bandwidth links when joining meetings over mobile phones or tablets).
- Forcing thumbnail order and resizing particular thumbnail.
- Sharing my camera on specific part of the screen when sharing PPT presentation.
- Reducing traveling costs.
- Fast and agile meetings with minimal hardware requirements.
- Easy troubleshooting and remote assistance.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors
- Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Slack
Webex Meetings has the best UI and best GUI on the market. It has app for every OS and very phone/tablet. It is easy to use with minimal learning curve required. Unfortunately licensing and company policies are moving focus to Microsoft Teams and their tight integration with Outlook and Domain. Focus on the business features like "bandwidth savings" "custom video quality on receiver side" Webex Meetings should distinct it's self from competition.
