Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

It is used in the entire company, it is efficient, it is easily interconnected with the PBX and that delivers a lot of value since remotely you don't need an extra device to communicate with clients.

Pros

  • You can use it like a PBX phone.
  • Share boards in collaboration mode.

Cons

  • Message deletion is one by one, needs to be improved.
  • Reduces the need to buy physical devices, since with the new pandemic modality most of the collaborators are remotely, therefore it generates a reduction in costs.
