We use Webex Meetings to host internal and external meetings.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

Both are very similar, but I like the design of Webex better.

Webex Meetings Reliability

All of the departments at my workplace use Webex Meetings so it has been easy to collaborate with others seamlessly.
I have not experienced a time where Webex Meetings was not available.
I have had no issue with reports. I do wish reports could be available to co-hosts as sometimes the host isn't the person who actually tracks the attendance. Sometimes it can be a pain getting an attendance report from the host in a timely manner.
