Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use WebEx meetings for all of our internal meetings. We have people that work remote, so this helps to ensure that everyone can attend meetings that need to be there.
- I really enjoy the whiteboard feature so that we can draw out diagrams of what we are talking about.
- We are able to communicate without any issues for the most part.
- It is not overly difficult to start a meeting.
- I think my feedback would be more for WebEx in general. I do not like the fact that I need to name a space. There are certain times that I would just like to talk to 3 people without labeling the space.
- I think sometimes it can be difficult to find the features.
- It has made working from home easier.
- It has been really nice to draw on the whiteboard.
- I have more struggles with WebEx in general, which is why I wouldn't recommend it.

I was not at the company during that time.
I do not really know what organizational challenges we have faced. We have more issues with processes and procedures than we do Cisco solutions.
I think it has definitely been an adjustment, but I think we are starting to find a rhythm that works.
I definitely prefer Teams, but that is mainly due to how their instant messaging compares. It also fully integrates with Outlook, which makes life a million times easier.
