Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Webex to conduct meetings within the internal teams and with our partners such as juniper and Cisco TAC teams. These webex sessions are mainly to troubleshoot the problems that we have in out network related to out core network. These sessions are usually created by our partners such as Cisco and we join them.

Audio quality of Both Webex and Teams is comparable. Video quality of both Webex and teams is comparable. Chat sessions on Teams and Webex are comparable. I would prefer Teams over webex as it also allows for communication with the rest of the teams very seamlessly. Teams is a single application that does it all.
