Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex Meetings has become a very critical tool in our organization, with a large number of employees, most of them are always on the field, there was a need to have a tool that would enable proper communications among employees. Webex Meetings has been able to bridge the geographical gap in our meetings. Before this tool, we had to organize on-premise meetings, which would take a long time since we had to wait for participants to travel far and wide, but, since we started using this tool, we only conducted meetings virtually more efficiently thanks to Webex Meetings. With Webex Meetings, we have been able to save a great amount of time and resources.

Pros and Cons

It has a user-friendly interface that anyone can use.
It has a wonderful video and audio quality.
It provides features for the scheduling of meetings.

A little bit costly, they should make prices more competitive.
Webex Meetings should allow more information to be seen by participants because currently that's not provided.
The scheduling feature sometimes is not automatic making you have to enter an ID manually.
