We use Webex Meetings for everything from small team discussions to large whole-department sized sessions. Leveraging it to broadcast monthly seminars involving international speakers has resulted in the elimination of the costs and logistical challenges of travel arrangements. Webex Meetings is an incredibly valuable addition to our daily workflow and has contributed to the successful transition into today's hybrid-work environment!

- It is device agnostic, works on Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and even in a regular web-browser.
- It has a user-friendly interfaces on all platforms.
- Webex Meetings frequently integrates industry-leading features that are incredibly useful!
- The integration of 3rd party applications such as Slido has been a bumpy road.
- The WebEx help website often includes outdated articles.
- The inclusion of a larger set of emoji reactions would be nice.
- The delay of sunsetting of old versions of Webex Meetings has resulted in some customer confusion.
- Has eliminated the costs of travel since all the necessary collaboration tools are included by default.
- Ensuring staff transition to using the software has been slow in some cases, which has delayed the return on our investment.

Training staff to become comfortable with new software is challenging as many are resistant to change but the Webex/Cisco solutions we deployed have been user-friendly enough that most staff were onboarded with relatively few issues. The planning process was highly accelerated out of a need for expediency so it took a little time for staff to catch up.
It has eliminated the challenges we previously faced with the logistics of travel arrangements. Combining this with the time/cost savings involved has been a huge positive impact! The new hybrid work environment is here to stay, no question about it.
We've experienced the future, no longer requiring a commute to the office has been a wonderful improvement and has improved the quality of work provided by staff. It has been a great benefit to work/life balance.
