Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Currently use it for internal meeting and external client meetings
- Background Noise cancelling
- Adjusting to available bandwidth
- Integration with the outlook calendar
- Personal rooms are easy to use
- When you share your screen the controls are not intuitive
- While background noise cancelling is great it can sometime cancel voices in the room that need to be heard - would be great if it told the user the cancelling was being used.
- integration with the conference room kits has been great
- there is a lack of average consumer usage which poses challenges when we engage with clients.

They are more intuitive for the average consumer/client to use because they already have the app loaded on their desktop or phone. It would be great if Webex stopped prompting the user to download the local version and just let them join via the browser. That would make it easier to use.
