Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex Meetings for communication within the team and for communication with external customers. It enables quick and easy communication, information can be exchanged easily and you get quick feedback. In addition to text messages, media content and desktop sharing can be used. This helps in our daily work. We use Webex Teams and Webex Meetings.

The integration of the Webex Deskpro as an extra monitor for controlling the PCs and the meetings. The HW is sometimes slow and sluggish, which means that it is not used as an external monitor. We also use Webex Calling hybrid (CUCM and Webex from the cloud) the integration was time-consuming and cost-intensive.
We use the Cisco CUCM as a telephony solution and Webex Meetings as an IM client so that we can serve both internal and external customers and include them in our communication. The integration of external telephony via the CUBE and the connection of the systems to the control hub was a challenge.
Coworker are not in use
The Deskpro system can be integrated very well into the Webex solution and can also be used by employees from their workplace. The integration is simple and can be easily implemented. Unfortunately, the loading times of the devices and the delay are a bit annoying and can be seen as a bit negative in everyday use.
