Overall Satisfaction with Webex Webinars
Webex Webinars are actually mainly used by our vendors for communicating with us. They are nice platforms where the desire is to provide information with minimal audience participation. But they do not have all of the bells and whistles that other platforms have so if you need some of those features, this may not be the right platform for you. But they are always steady, no drops or other technical issues so they are a good platform for that sort of need.
- Presentations - the actual presentations are always smooth.
- Download of materials - the ability to download the presentations or other materials is always good.
- It is a very plain UX so maybe improving on that would be a good thing.
- The ability to manage your individual presence during the webinar would be good.
- Provides direct learning experiences for our staff in the products/services provided by the vendor.
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Each vendor determines which platform works best for their presentations. Each platform has its strengths and weaknesses. Teams is a memory hog that can often freeze up someone's computer because of bandwidth issues. Zoom has tons of bells and whistles and offers more than just webinars. Webex Webinars is a solid platform for when you don't need a lot of audience participation.
