Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Whole organization. It's a must especially with COVID-19 in place. Allows people to submit expenses on the go, rather than get a signature from their line manager as I stated would be a lot harder during the pandemic. It's much easier to audit and track being online.

Pros and Cons

Allows users to submit at any time of the day.
Make changes with ease if expenses are submitted wrong.
Process is really easy to follow.

Would help if there was a mobile app.
Notification if your claim has been approved.

Very positive across the organization.

I often make purchases through Amazon. So easy to email the receipt so that it automatically uploads.
