Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses has a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's really quite nice. I like that I can have multiple receipts saved, and attach them to reports later on, as well as having multiple expenses on a single report. Overall, I'm happy with the product.
  • Multiple expenses in a single report
  • Easy to preview receipts
  • Add receipts before creating a report
  • Not as intuitive as other products
  • Lots of fields give a lot of details, but it can be overwhelming
  • Saving vs submitting isn't obvious
  • Notifies my manager of reports that need approval immediately
  • Notifies me of changes to the status of a report, so I know when I have been reimbursed
  • A little more challenging to learn than other products
As I have stated already, I think Webexpenses is a good product that is worth using, but it also takes a bit more work to understand and ensure the report has been submitted as expected. Maybe this is just because I never received any training, but I feel like some things could be done in a more intuitive way.
I have never needed to reach out for support so I can't really comment on how good it is.
Webexpenses approval seems fairly easy, although I have only ever submitted expenses and never been on the approval side of things. I like that I get emails with updates when my reports have been approved and paid, so I know when a report has been completed by my company as well.
I am not the one who purchased Webexpenses.

Do you think Webexpenses delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Webexpenses's feature set?

Yes

Did Webexpenses live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Webexpenses go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Webexpenses again?

Yes

It's a good program to use for multiple expenses that are all under a single report. For example, I have a monthly budget for supplies, and it is nice to be able to have a single "June" report with multiple transactions and receipts. I don't think it works as well for single expense per a report, as there are a lot of extra fields.
