Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses has a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's really quite nice. I like that I can have multiple receipts saved, and attach them to reports later on, as well as having multiple expenses on a single report. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

- Easy to preview receipts
- Add receipts before creating a report
- Not as intuitive as other products
- Lots of fields give a lot of details, but it can be overwhelming
- Saving vs submitting isn't obvious
- Notifies my manager of reports that need approval immediately
- Notifies me of changes to the status of a report, so I know when I have been reimbursed
- A little more challenging to learn than other products
Webexpenses approval seems fairly easy, although I have only ever submitted expenses and never been on the approval side of things. I like that I get emails with updates when my reports have been approved and paid, so I know when a report has been completed by my company as well.
