Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used throughout the whole organisation as far as I am aware. My department uses it to claim expenses, business mileage, parking costs, rewards, etc. I use both the website login and the app (whatever is more convenient according to location), we don't use any of the other functionalities at the moment, so I am not sure what else the application has to offer.

Design and layout are good, takes some getting used too but when used a couple of times it's quite straightforward. Can be a bit glitchy, especially when uploading receipts (both on the website portal and the app). Calculation of business mileage could be better or could give you several options instead of marking amendments.
It is actually quite time consuming. It has a better layout and design than the system we used previously and the overview of the expenses is very good, however it is very time consuming when adding business mileage and the calculation of the business mileage is not the best or most straightforward system.
These decisions would have been made by the facilities and/or expenses department and not myself. I have not been asked for input or feedback when decisions whether to purchase were evaluated.

We only use limited options on both the app and the website portal with Webexpenses. We mainly use it for claiming expenses, business mileage, parking, etc. It's long-winded at times and the calculation of business mileage is not the best, amending can be glitchy at times, and uploading receipts is very glitchy on both the app and the website portal. Design and layout are good, and logical once you get used to the portal.
