Webexpenses is used across the entire housing group for all manner of business expenses from mileage claims, taxi journeys, and hotel receipts for business meetings. It ensures that all expenses are centrally located and can be easily viewed and managed.

  • Simple to navigate and authorise expense claims.
  • Fast and efficient payment of claims.
Simple to use and easy to input claims.
Simplicity to use, and time frame for systems to raise the task with the authorizing manager, the finance team, and then for the payment to be made efficiently and quickly.

Well suited to the mobile professional, who needs to capture their expenses whilst o the go - and then submit at the end of each month. This promotes trust by the employee in the system and the Company to ensure he is reimbursed for legitimate business expenses throughout the year.
